Excellent products and installation
Pro: wonderful products. Professional installation (very careful about cleaning up dust and equipment at the end of the day. While tearing out the bathtub and tile issues were found under the old tub. Adam went to Home Depot and got what he needed to make it right. It took 2 days to finish but it was so beautiful when it was done. Then we had a problem…the faucet kept running when it was turned off Adam kept trying to fix it. When it became obvious it needs to have a part replaced he called it in right away. Even though I couldn’t use my new shower until that part was replaced I knew they would get it done. The manager, Rich took my calls and kept at it until they found they part and scheduled the fix. I never felt like they were blowing me off. Integrity describes how they operated. The only con is that it took longer to get fixed because they don’t have a Tulsa office. Everything came out of Oklahoma City and they only had someone in Tulsa once in awhile.
