I would first like to thank and acknowledge my contractor but, unfortunately, I can’t remember his name (sorry). He was professional, clean, courteous and friendly. Explained things and asked questions. He knew what he was doing and very skilled. He removed a jacuzzi tub and existing shower. He installed the new walk in shower where the tub was and finished the Sheetrock and tile work wonderfully. It took a while to complete the scheduling due to only 3 days originally scheduled and 5 days were needed. I communicated this with the office but they only scheduled 3 and had to reschedule. Other than that, all communication was friendly and timely. The finished product is beautiful. Another satisfied customer.

I just had my bathroom remodel done by Eric Bannister. He was on time. He did outstanding work. He absolutely new what he was doing. He would ask for us to look to make sure nothing was missed. Eric is a joy to be around. Super intelligent and diffently knows his job. I asked so many questions and he would smile so big and answer all my questions and had so much patience. He is truly a very outstanding young man. I am very happy i got to meet him. Tailored Roofing don't let him get away from you.

I had a slight delay in install due to manufacturing issues, and everytime I called in to get a quick status update, I was either given an immediate answer from the office or got a call from the warehouse a few hours later. When it came time to install, Adam and Matthew were professional, but friendly. They answered questions, and kept my bathroom as clean as possible (despite ripping out drywall.) The resulting product is absolutely gorgeous and I'm so happy with my newly remodeled bathroom!
Had a tub to shower remodel. Isaac came out and did the job. Took two full day’s most of the time i didn’t know he was in the house very hard worker. Very pleased with the outcome of the shower. Eric Banister is an excellent worker and very through. There is one thing I need to say to main office, they need to work on communication! We signed our contract on March 3rd and I had to call in June to see what the problem was. So need to work on communication! Thank you Jill Faust
