Love my new shower!
Eric Bannister showed up when scheduled and was such a pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We truly enjoyed meeting him and our shower install is excellent! We are so happy! From the salesman Shane Willis who we truly trusted to now, we cannot be any happier. The only hitch we had was timing 8-10 weeks turned into 15-16 weeks. The holidays played a part, and I’m assuming manufacturing played a part. We were patient, but just something to keep in mind. It was all well worth it! We love it! Great job Eric!! We would definitely recommend Tailored Remodeling for a bathroom renovation!!
Excellent experience
Our experience was excellent all the way around. The purchase price was made easy by their sales team. They worked with us on price. The order was delivered in the timeframe they provided. The installer, Matthew Mcglathery, was tremendous. Not only did he do a great job installing the product, he was responsible, courteous, worked on our schedule, and cleaned up after himself. Just an A+ experience all the way around.
Update to my review
I want to say something about the installers of these windows. They great group of guys. Help us understand the process of the installation. TJ told me they will incase all the trims around the windows and window sills with metal and make them air and water tight. He kept my wife and myself informed on how the job was going. Now that windows are done have noticed a change in temperature of the house for the better. I will know how much energy bill we will savings in the month to come since temperatures will be dropping next week. By the way Patio door and windows looks great. TJ you did a great job.
Shower Remodeling
Zach was the perfect gentleman. Very kind and courteous. He did a very good job and is a very hard worker. So shout out to Zach. I love my new shower

Shower & Tub remodel
I would first like to thank and acknowledge my contractor but, unfortunately, I can’t remember his name (sorry). He was professional, clean, courteous and friendly. Explained things and asked questions. He knew what he was doing and very skilled. He removed a jacuzzi tub and existing shower. He installed the new walk in shower where the tub was and finished the Sheetrock and tile work wonderfully. It took a while to complete the scheduling due to only 3 days originally scheduled and 5 days were needed. I communicated this with the office but they only scheduled 3 and had to reschedule. Other than that, all communication was friendly and timely. The finished product is beautiful. Another satisfied customer.

Great experience.very nice young man, got here a weer before the projected installation date,completed in a very timely manner, the young man was very professional and answered all questions that was presented to him. Love the results.
Bathroom remodel
I just had my bathroom remodel done by Eric Bannister. He was on time. He did outstanding work. He absolutely new what he was doing. He would ask for us to look to make sure nothing was missed. Eric is a joy to be around. Super intelligent and diffently knows his job. I asked so many questions and he would smile so big and answer all my questions and had so much patience. He is truly a very outstanding young man. I am very happy i got to meet him. Tailored Roofing don't let him get away from you.
