Joshua from Tailored did a great job explaining how dedicated Tailored Remodeling is to their customers who they consider family. He really sold us on the company. (I also did my own thorough research and discovered that they are truly a 5-Star company and can be trusted.) Joshua listed to all of our needs and presented us with options that we carefully chose to meet them. We converted a tub shower into a walk-in shower with ADA rails getting into the shower, a bench seat that is ADA height, shower caddies close to the bench, and a magnetic hand held shower wand with easy ADA push button to change the spray patterns and an easy to hold grip for older person with rheumatoid arthritis / weak hand grip. Tailored kept us up to date on the ordered materials. Once in, they called and setup a date for the install. OMG! Matthew the one man installer is AMAZING!!! He completely removed the old tub, shower wall, shower fixtures,... He brought us in and showed us what it looked liked completely removed. He then installed the shower pan, new walk-in shower floor, new drywall, new shower wall, new fixtures,... Once done he reviewed everything with us. We are BLOWN AWAY at how BEAUTIFUL & ADA FUNCTIONAL this new shower is!!! Tailored Remodeling truly blessed us with a precious gift for our elderly loved one. Thank YOU!
