From the planning stage, we were comfortable with the professional manner in which things were explained. All questions were answered with great detail. There was no "hard sell" atmosphere. We were confident that the work would be done to our satisfaction , with great emphasis on getting just the look that we were hoping for at completion. Isaac D. was conscientious about keeping the debris cleaned up . The quality of his work was excellent. He was meticulous. He was respectful and good-natured. I would hire him and Tailored Remodeling again, without hesitation!
What a difference!! My bathroom looks like something out a home show magazine. It is gorgeous!! The quality of the product is unmatched and the installation was even better. My installer (Zach) went above and beyond and really worked his butt off to give us the perfect experience. If I had to identify one area that needs a little more focus is communication from the company but really, that is nut picking on an otherwise pleasurable experience.
Zack was good looks a lot better than me by a long shot. I'm not at this stuff. Score here 1+ good.
I had multiple companies lined up to come out and give me estimates on my bathtub project and Eric Sanchez from Tailored Roofing happened to be the first on the list. After sitting and talking with him for over an hour I decided that this was the company I was going to hire. Eric was very personable, knowledgeable, and showed up ready to make a deal! Isaac D. called me the morning of the install to let me know that he was on the way. He showed up on time and went over the project details with me before he got started. Within the first few hours my entire bath area was gutted out. I assumed that everything came prefabricated but was wrong! Isaac did an excellent job measuring everything out and cutting everything for a precision fit. His work looked very professional and he cleaned everything up before he left. The total install took two days. I would definitely use Tailored Roofing and Remodeling for future projects.
Tailored just finished a new shower install for us. There is not a square wall in our house yet Eric Bannister did an awesome job on the install, it looks great!
I first heard about Tailored Roofing and Remodeling at a home show in Wichita, KS. I inquired about installing a standup shower in place of my old shower/tub combo and set up an appointment for them to come to my house. The next week Nathan Van Dever, a representative for tailored, came to my house. Nathan was super nice and explained all the possibilities I had for installing a standup shower to replace my old yucky shower/tub combo. I picked my options and within a few weeks my brand new standup shower was installed. I did have a problem with some bad caulking. I contacted Nathan and within the week, the problem was fixed! Great I can now get into the shower with little or no help from my husband I’m having to learn how to work the knob we. Had two knobs before now it’s just one I just aim the head away from me till the hot water gets to the bathroom other than that I love my new shower.
I live on a lake around Stillwater OK. the whole experience was outstanding! Isaac Donaldson must be one of the companies best! he did a 5 star installation job!
Our installer, Eric Banister came and did a good job. He worked hard and got it done and did what we agreed at the beginning. They showed me pictures of what we would be getting, and we are happy with the install.
We had them install a new bathtub and are beyond impressed and amazed at the work that was done 10/10 would recommend for anyone couldn’t ask for anything better
